These Terms govern your access to and use of OneMatch (the "Platform"), which helps entrepreneurs connect with each other through sports-based networking and co-founder matching. Linearyze provides the infrastructure and domain for this service.

There is no minimum age requirement for using OneMatch. However, by using the platform, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

• Each user may create and maintain only one account, linked to a valid email address.
• Accounts exhibiting suspicious or abusive behavior may be suspended at the discretion of Linearyze.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times.
• Treat other users with respect and professionalism.
• Avoid any form of harassment, spamming, or misrepresentation.

Linearyze reserves the right to warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these principles.

OneMatch facilitates connections based on the information you provide. However, we do not guarantee the success, quality, or outcome of any match or connection. Users are solely responsible for how they interact with their matches.

Users may upload a profile picture to personalize their profile. You retain ownership of your image, and may update or remove it at any time. You agree that uploaded content will not violate any law or infringe on any rights.

• If you violate these Terms, you will first receive a warning.
• Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination without further notice.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to the platform for any breach of terms.

All platform content, branding, and software are owned or licensed by Linearyze. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any portion of the platform without prior written permission.

Linearyze and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or from any connection or relationship formed through it.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be made available on the website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
